Thomas Bürger's farm and contracting company are located in Geroldshausen, Northern Bavaria, south of Würzburg, on the edge of the Ochsenfurter Gau. The sugar-beet harvest began there in 2006 and developed constantly. In 2013, there were already 4 euro Tiger V8s in use. These were followed by three Tiger 6s in 2018 and 2019. Due to the good cooperation with ROPA, the service with highly motivated employees, and many years of good experiences, three new Tiger 6Ses were purchased for this year's harvest. Practical developments and the networking of the machines with the R-Connect online portal increase the efficiency and make handling much easier. Drivers and customers alike are enamored of the patented hydraulic chassis system with slope compensation.

Agro Beta GbR in the northern Vorharz area with its approximately 150 farmers has been harvesting with ROPA harvesters since 1996. In past years, three ROPA euro-Tigers V8-4s were used. Now, these, each of which has approx. 6,000 hectares of operational performance, have been replaced with three new ROPA Tiger 6Ses. With this new investment, the course is set for a successful sugar-beet harvest; these big cats, which have a lot of technical finesse, can harvest approx. 3,300 hectares of sugar beets per season. The initial deployment on an organic sugar beet farm was accompanied on-side by Werner Hofbauer (ROPA Technology/Sales), who explained the differences between the Tiger 6S and the euro-Tiger V8-4 to the enthusiastic drivers directly on the machines.
