We are delighted to present the new ROPA BunkerMaus 6x6 – the high-performance all-in-one specialist for large piles. With the further development of the BunkerMaus 6, ROPA is expanding the design to include an additional axle and, for the first time, has integrated the patented R-Soil Protect hydraulic chassis system known from the ROPA Tiger 6S into the new base frame.
ROPA continues to set new standards in efficiency, versatility and operating comfort.
ROPA loading crane
A particular highlight is the new multifunctional loading system with a crane arm installed in the front frame of the loader. Various picking grippers enable flexible and gentle handling of a wide variety of root crops, such as sugar beet, potatoes, carrots and chicory.
The new ROPA loading crane offers an impressive 200° swivel range and a maximum horizontal telescopic reach of up to 12 meters – extendable from 9 to 12 meters. Even with a working radius of 10 meters, the lifting capacity remains at around 3.6 tons, providing ample reserve capacity for challenging tasks. The grab with a volume of 2 m³ delivers high loading performance directly at the pile.
The upgraded software, combined with the patented hydraulic chassis, ensures optimum stability. This automatically adjusts the swiveling counterweight arm to the position of the transfer arm and loading crane, thus ensuring perfect balance.
The new ROPA AUTO LOAD system reduces the driver's workload. With the help of 3D camera analysis, the trailer is filled precisely and evenly, relieving the drivers and allowing them to concentrate fully on the loading crane.
The maximum speed of 50 km/h is achieved with reduced engine speed, making it efficient and fuel-saving.
Three pre-production models of the ROPA BunkerMaus 6x6 are currently in use in France and Belgium – the key target markets for this innovative system.
