We are pleased to introduce the new ROPA BunkerMaus 6x6 – the high-performance all-in-one specialist for large piles. Building on the BunkerMaus 6, ROPA has expanded the concept with an additional axle and, for the first time, integrated the patented hydraulic chassis system R-Soil Protect – well known from the ROPA Tiger 6S – into the new base frame.
Once again, ROPA is setting new standards in efficiency, versatility, and operator comfort.
ROPA Loading Crane
A standout feature is the new multifunctional loading system with integrated crane arm in the front frame of the loader. Various grab attachments enable flexible and gentle handling of a wide range of root crops and tuber vegetables, including sugar beets, potatoes, carrots, and chicory.
The new ROPA loading crane impresses with a flexible slewing range of 200° and a maximum horizontal telescopic reach of up to 12 meters – extendable from 9 to 12 meters. Even at a reach of 10 meters, a lifting capacity of approximately 3.6 tons remains available, providing ample reserve for demanding applications. The grab with a volume of 2 m³ delivers high loading performance directly at the pile.
Optimum stability is ensured by the enhanced software working in combination with the patented hydraulic chassis system. It automatically adjusts the pivoting counterweight arm to match the position of the truck conveyor arm and loading crane, guaranteeing perfect balance at all times.
The new ROPA AUTO LOAD System takes the workload off the operator. Using 3D camera analysis, the trailer is filled precisely and evenly, freeing the operator to focus entirely on the loading crane.
The top speed of 50 km/h is reached at reduced engine speed – efficient and fuel-saving.
Currently, three pre-series ROPA BunkerMaus 6x6 machines are in practical field use in France and Belgium – the most important target markets for this innovative system.
