DoubleSelect - the highest separation performance
An additional triple UFK on pintle belt 2 can significantly increase the separation performance on cloddy and stony soils. The Keiler 2 RK22 DoubleSelect is optionally available with an additional sorting platform and a trash track. This equipment is also available in combination with an XL or overloading bunker. Alternatively, the DoubleSelect is also available in a 3 metre version without a trash track and a sorting platform.
All functions of the RK22 separation unit can be conveniently adjusted from the cabin as usual. In addition, a further terminal is installed at the rear sorting platform. Thus, a wide range of machine settings can be conveniently adjusted from here.
Improved separation performance
Early separation of clods and stones in the crop flow significantly reduces damage to the potatoes later on, thus ensuring that the potatoes are harvested even more gently. Each UFK can also be optionally equipped with rotating brushes (UBK).

The height, angle and speeds of the double and single UFK rows can be adjusted independently, enabling optimal adaptation to varying soil conditions.
Early separation – greater quality
Particularly in regions with a high proportion of stones and clods, potato harvesting places exceptional demands on separation technology. This is precisely where DoubleSelect demonstrates its strengths.
The additional cleaning stage separates clods and stones early in the crop flow, reducing the risk of subsequent damage to the potatoes and promoting a gentle harvest.
Separation in a class of its own
Rather than pressing soil and stones against the tubers, these are actively released and discharged. The result is a significantly cleaner crop, fewer instances of damage and a noticeable reduction in the load placed on subsequent cleaning elements.
