Automatically saved data
Server log files
The page provider automatically collects and saves information in what are referred to as server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us. This includes:
date and time of request
name of requested file
page from which the file was requested
access status (file sent, file not found, etc.)
web browser and operating system
complete IP address of the requesting computer
volume of data transferred
This information is not combined with other sources of information. The information is processed in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our authorised interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
The information is stored for a short time for technical security, in particular for the prevention of attempts to access our web servers. We cannot identify individuals using this information. The information is anonymised no later than seven days after collection by abbreviating the IP address at domain level, making it impossible to identify the specific user. The information is then processed in anonymised form for statistical purposes; it is not compared with other databases and is not accessible for third parties either in whole or in the form of an extract. The number of web page accesses is only shown as part of our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report.
