Keiler 2 KK22 Classic- efficient cleaning with 2 pintle belts
Many proven components of the Keiler 2 have been adopted in the design of the Keiler 2 RK22 Classic. The Keiler 2 RK22 Classic differs from the Keiler 2 mainly due to both pintle belts which function as separation units. The overall design demonstrates very high output with maximum product protection in regions with low cleaning requirements (sandy or light soils). The Keiler 2 RK22 Classic with the pintle belt 1 and pintle belt 2 cleaning systems is easy to monitor, it is accessible and easy to service.
Keiler 2 RK22 L for increased harvesting performance
- Uninterrupted harvesting and loading without downtimes
- Efficient use of the harvesting period due to optimised impact power
- Sieve conveyor in the truck conveyor for additional soil removal
- Bunker capacity of approx. 7.5 t
- Automatic bunker filling with ultrasound sensors
- Transfer point from bunker trough to unloading conveyor designed as a transfer roller for additional separation of soil and dirt
- The ROPA automatic walking floor enables continuous and gentle conveying of the potatoes while maintaining excellent unloading performance
- The unloading conveyor can be folded 3 times for maximum flexibility
- Immersion depth of 600 mm at 3.5 m board wall height
