We are pleased to introduce the new ROPA BunkerMaus 6x6 – the high-performance all-in-one specialist for large clamps. Building on the BunkerMaus 6, ROPA has further developed the concept by adding an additional axle and, for the first time, integrating the patented hydraulic chassis system R-Soil Protect – as known from the ROPA Tiger 6S – into the new base frame.
Once again, ROPA is setting new standards in efficiency, versatility, and operating comfort.
ROPA loading crane
A particular highlight is the new multifunctional loading system with an integrated crane arm in the front frame of the loading machine. A variety of grab attachments enable flexible and gentle handling of a wide range of root crops and tuber vegetables, including sugar beet, potatoes, carrots, and chicory.
The new ROPA loading crane impresses with a flexible slewing range of 200° and a maximum horizontal telescopic reach of up to 12 metres – extendable from 9 to 12 metres. Even at a reach of 10 metres, a lifting capacity of approximately 3.6 tonnes remains available, providing ample reserves for demanding applications. The grab with a volume of 2 m³ ensures high loading performance directly at the clamp.
Optimum stability is ensured by the further developed software in combination with the patented hydraulic chassis system. This automatically adjusts the pivoting counterweight arm to match the position of the truck conveyor arm and loading crane, thereby guaranteeing perfect balance at all times.
The new ROPA AUTO LOAD System relieves the operator of additional workload. Using 3D camera analysis, the trailer is filled precisely and evenly, allowing the driver to focus entirely on the loading crane.
The maximum speed of 50 km/h is achieved at reduced engine speed – efficient and fuel-saving.
Three pre-series ROPA BunkerMaus 6x6 machines are currently in practical use in France and Belgium – the primary target markets for this innovative system.
