At the beginning of the new training year, the Paintner family along with the training team greeted a total of eight motivated apprentices for the start of their careers with ROPA and PMB. During their stimulating and comprehensive apprenticeship the school leavers are active in an interesting work environment whilst becoming aware of various activities where motivation and introducing own ideas is very much encouraged. Michael Wagensoner, the training supervisor at ROPA, has created an extremely versatile and comprehensive training plan specifically tailored for career entrants. This starts out in the apprentice workshop with wide-ranging and practical basic vocational training in the fields of CNC production, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Afterwards, more focused training is provided in the occupational fields with the aim of obtaining a wide range of specialist knowledge. Training is clearly supported and encouraged by the departmental heads as well as all committed employees within the individual departments of the company.

Christoph Reinert, Paul Weinmann, Karl Besenhard, and Hubert Müller are all training to become industrial mechanics. Josef Klebensberger starts his apprenticeship to become an agricultural and construction machine mechatronics technician. Michael Kirchhammer is in training to become an industrial clerk. Niclas Schmidt starts his apprenticeship to become a machinist. Marina Bauer starts her training to become an office management clerk.

The apprentices will discover an extremely stimulating and varied sphere of action at ROPA and PMB, where commitment and autonomy are strongly emphasised. With regard to the future, the apprentices have laid the foundations for a successful career within an innovative company that is internationally active.

 

The application phase for the 2017 training year has started:

At the same time as the beginning of the new training year, ROPA and PMB have also started the application period for the training year starting from 1 September 2017 for the following apprenticeships: industrial mechanic, machinist, agricultural and construction machine mechatronics technician, specialist in warehouse logistics, warehouse specialist, and administrative assistant.
